Yikes! Another weekend is finally here. And I'm trying my best to put down two three things in my blog just before I go for a good workout session at KLCC. So how has my effort going to the gym paid off? Well, slowly I must say. Better results can be achieved if I really control my eating diet. And this I mean totally no roti canai, teh tarik, ice blended, Mac D's ice cream , roti boom and whatever la..
But i still take those food with a slightly cut down in eating frequency . And I have to play with my calories intake thesedays. So of course I only lose weight a bit. But the stamina and mood has improved a lot better. And the guilty feeling I normally feel whenever I want to eat some sinfull food helps a lot too.. Imagine coming out from the aerobic session with a drench T'shirt !
Wanna say something a bout my younger bro who is getting married next week on labour day.But time's up for me la.. Got to hit the gym.. So have good weekend everyone..
